I have about 30 handles that need attatching, want to help? you can do handles and ill go throw, thats where my heart is today.

7:05 AM, Rock and ROLL!!!! Fired up a bisque load this morning. Countdown to 8+ hours, if this load goes anything like the last one. I iz a happy camper!

I changed the elements and thermocouples in the kiln last night!!!! Pretty exciting. Firing a bisque load today!

Hmmmm... Just realized I haven't updated this in a while. Not much really to update. It's unnecessarily cold and snowy here.

I'll have to wait until late evening to open the latest gas firing...unless I can find a little robot-guy in a fire suit to squeeze through a peep hole and broadcast pictures from inside...OK, so I still get excited to see new work, so shoot me ! *grin*

I have that uneasy feeling that I accidentally added 2x the amount of Bentonite to a 5 gal mix of Ohio White...And I won't know the exact effect until I test it. Pooh!

It seems like such simple thing...pouring glaze through the spout of a tea pot back into the glaze bucket. It takes real talent, however, to consistently land one big splash as a direct hit to the crotch. It is not a pretty picture
