Hammer massager worked quite well, and not that I have one I use it on my shoulders and legs a bit after a hot shower. Loosens things up well. Just have to be careful not to over do.

Yeah, we were being all smug about being warmer than the Midwest, and now we just spent 2 days trying to get a friend's truck started. (No block heater.)

They were finding ticks in Calgary last week, and then this hit. 

Sounds like a good day to mix glaze tests inside.

But then we couldn't get all ragey about the guilt tactics that diet manufacturers and health clubs use this time of year!

It would save freezing our butts off.
