Trying to make a honey pot for my sister. All I am going to say about this so far is aarrrrgggghhhh.

Tightened up placement of materials and supplies and made better use of working space. Room is about 10 x 12. This is the former bedroom in a mobile home. Kiln and more working space is on the back porch-no heat, but it protected from the elements.

It's shear self-preservation-lack of containment makes me crazy! I even used some masking tape to put labels on shelf edges to keep me "honest"-plus I just plain forget where I get stuff from. Old Lady-great tip-thanks! Appreciate all the comments. Well, I appreciate everything about this site!

shelves on L brackets-came from an old bookcase that was taken apart - got six shelves out of it, throughout the studio; the white plastic stacking shelves hold a kiln load of smalls -

on wheels, love it-great organizer -- got it for $1.50 ($70 item) for signing up for an Amazon credit card...holds all my finished smalls and glaze test pieces - the toe on top is the future home of tarps, canvas, fabric etc. and will go up on a shelf - not shown -

doubled the shelf space by using wood blocks under drywall shelves -
My reorg just keeps getting better. I found many small containers of clay to reclaim that I did not even know I had, my muscle guy is interested in doing some grunt work, and my landlord made me risers for greenware drywall boards that triple the available space.

Just did a reorg of my studio space, with the help of some hired muscle. Same amount of stuff, but now a good bit more of working space and room for me to move around better. Yee haw!

Attention, attention..sir, sir...cats are never dysfunctional (a little whack-a-doodle at times, but never dysfunctional). Love this little guy--just perfect on this bowl. The earrings are amazing! -

Yes-- this piece has a beautifully ethereal quality. I am just beginning to appreciate that something good can come of re-firing, whether to rehabilitate a piece or just stretch things a bit.
