  1. Almost done hanging drywall on my studio ceiling. 8 sheet done 4 to go. And singing, "all by myself". Yup, I'll be happy to wedge a ton of clay after this.

Marko My husband and son hung the sheetrock in my studio and the garage. I taped and mudded it, then paint and wallpapered the studio. The garage just got a rough coat of mud. We didn't have to mess with the ceilings. They had to be finished when the house was built.

I now have a better understanding of just that, glazenerd. But, I actually enjoyed putting it all back together. I should mention that I also changed 2 timers, 2 power relays, 5 12 gauge wires and a power controller. I enjoyed it so much that I forgot how long it took to get parts and how hot the day was.

But, it took a toll on my back and hamstrings. So I slept in, but then went and did an empty fire, as Marcia and Richard suggested. Then I made a 5 gal of my favorite base glaze and 5...

How many words do I get? I keep forgetting and get cut off. Can I get a word counter? LOL

  4. Thank you. Now, these are just perfect. It looks comfortable. It would nice to cup in the hand and feel the warmth of a good tea or coffee. I particularly like the way the handle sits on the cup and not pushed into it. Nice curve too. It compliments the flower. Love it all.
  5. 100 degrees in the studio. 115 degrees put side. And trying to get my kiln fixed. Waiting on parts, again. I think maybe the heats getting to me. I told my wife I wanted to quit.

Love the storyboard. You did a great job. Did you have a schematic? I have repaired my Paragon A82B and working on a Duncan 1029N. The Duncan and my Orton Auto Fire 3000 have been disagreeing on when to turn off the kiln. I'm replacing all the switches and relays. The coils are okay. Did you know that you can find many parts cheaper on the web by doing a Google search? Yeah, I found the same relay for 20 buck that sold for 5 times more on Paragon. Go to the manufacturers. Just saying. Hope you had fun, grrrrr. I know what you mean. LOL
  17. Multimedia art. Aye chihuahua. That lady is cooking. Lot's of time consuming hard work going on. Is she a friend of yours?
