SPRING WHERE YOU GO!? Just when I start enjoying spring and have my garage door open, a cold front comes in and I am back in the house hiding from my freezing studio and achy bones!

Stopped at a lighting store yesterday and picked up a variety of pendant light shades. Mold time for highly translucent crystalline glazed shades.

Posted some bowls and Communion sets on the blog last night.

got my last heater installed. My studio feels great. No noise, drafts, just warm air. Clay won't freeze unless I lose power. And I have a kerosene heater to back it up.

Hoping the Kiln God has been good to me. 1 hour to kiln opening!

Up to my ears in packing peanuts today. I hate peanuts. Actually, "hate" is not a strong enough word.

Garage door insulation almost finished. It is already getting hot in there from my space heater + house door open. Literally could tell the difference in 1 hour.

Just ordered garage door insulation. It's just too cold out there for my old bones. My heater warms it up a little, but now with the insulation I should be able to stay out there all day again!

Can't get into the studio. Fresh paving laid between house and greenhouse door. Not allowed to walk on it yet. Which book do I want to re-read?
