  1. Having a dabble into changing firing schedules to get rid of bubbles. Tried a slow cool with no luck, still just as many. Tried a hold at 900c for 20 mins after reading that is the temp dolomite and whiting have finished gassing. Excited to see if that has made any changes.

      Me too :D, I am hoping that the small amount of frit won't melt the glaze too early and trap all the bubbles.

      try a slow climb to let the gas escape before the glaze melts. Or are you rubbing smooth with a dry finger when the gaze dries. Do they appear in the surface after glazing or only after firing?
