Another 100° day. Firings kilns in the basement. Window unit A/C working hard. Trying to remind myself that this is better than shoveling 2 ft of snow.

I have a big glaze load just about ready to go. It is only suppose to get up to 100 today. The electric company doesn't want you using your washer, dyer or dishwasher until after 8pm. It will be a while before I fire.

I haven't even been working in my garage. No AC gets in the 100's out there easy. I have the door open and a fan running, but I get so hot its unenjoyable. Been working mostly in the evenings. The amount of work getting done isn't cutting it. Hope everyone stays cool and safe!

I don't know Mea, one thing I enjoy about Winter is I don't have to do anything outside UNLESS it snows. During the warm months, there is mowing, trimming, garden work, etc. And I also like the cooler months because it's quiet inside. No fans/ AC units going no noises from outside...
