I always underfire cookies, that's the way we like them.  I am not a big baker, my husband isn't fond of sweets and I don't want them around.   Did you make fruit cake?  I usually fire a bisque and glaze firing over the holiday but I am running behind the year.  Spent too much time taking care of my mother in-law.   Denice

I love a good under-baked cookie.  As soon as a baked cookie is cool enough, that it won't scald the inside of my mouth, I will sample one from the batch... You know, for quality control reasons..,

Cookies are the only thing I make from scratch, everything else is from a box.    Denice
