Chris Campbell
How sad to hear that he has passed. I only attended a workshop ... I have one of his mugs ... Yet somehow feel the pottery universe has shifted. A piece of us is missing, but I hope he and Malcolm are sitting somewhere talking pots and laughing. Nancy S.
I am so sorry to hear this... I was lucky enough to get a copy of his Handbook, signed, a little while ago. Much of the information in his Handbook is beyond me right now, but it still serves as a great inspiration -- as does the postcard with "Do good work!" that he included. I regret that I won't have the chance to study with him in person.
Guest JBaymore
Just saw this (10:30 PM Sunday) from Josh Green (NCECA Exec. Dir.) on Facebook: Joshua Green Spoke with Val's family this evening. He continues to cling to life though his condition is very fragile. They appreciate all the expressions of love and gratitude for Val's life and work. So.... maybe........... Prayers going out........ best, ......................john
