I am very excited but a little worried about collecting it in my partner's estate car. I don't know how much it weighs and wonder if anyone knows approximately? Mine is in need of repair, some electrical problem. I'm not sure if they are still in business, was searching when I came across your post. Mine was made in the early 1980s. Hulk Posted September 17, 2019 Report Share Posted September 17, 2019 Hi Simon, If the wheel runs in one direction only, the head could be threaded in the opposite direction (use tightens). Are "Ratcliffe" and "Wenger" associated? Try contacting Potterycrafts? They carry a few wheels that look (kinda) like a Wenger - Cowley, Alsager, Staffordshire... It is in great condition but the wheel head is worn in the middle from 30 plus years of use! I need to replace the wheel head and hope that is something you could help with?
