Tips for achieving this look

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how to achieve this look, specifically the white glaze? These pictures might all show different techniques/types of glazes, but I’d appreciate insight on any of them. I’m guessing these examples weren’t done with commercial glazes.

Super hard for me to see the pics are small to my eyes but looks like it could just me as simple as brushing on a white matte glaze unevenly/thin/thick and maybe a brushed cobalt wash? Could be underglaze but seems more like a wash from afar.

Looks like the base glaze was applied with a hake brush.
