I had thought of applying to show five cups in the Cup: The Intimate Object show at the Charlie Cummings gallery in the fall. I was a bit intimidated by the resume requirement. Do they only accept artists with formal training and a degree? I was curious if anybody knows.

I don't know about this. I was wondering about the resume stuff as well. I can't imagine they only accept college trained potters though. Hopefully others will chime in. I am curious about this too.

I don't know about this show but years ago I tried to apply to a local show. This is before I finished my degree, they told me not to bother I didn't stand a chance of getting in without a degree.

I believe your work has an exceptional quality and uniqueness to them, so I would at least make the attempt.
