  Congratulations it is such a relief to get that over with. We paid two mortgages for over 2 years one time nearly broke us.

  Fortunately the TX house was paid for. Just wanted out from Insurance and taxes. So now we can pay off part of the new house too. And not to worry about hurricanes is great!
