Denice
I was newly married in the early 70's and didn't have much money so the clay prices were expensive for me. Bagged clay was just starting to show up here and it very costly. We bought a repo house the first year we were married and a used kiln. Paid 10,000 for the house, fixed it up and sold it for 30,000 three years later. Used the kiln for 40 years, both great purchases. We split a meal on our first anniversary couldn't afford two.
