    very sore ribs. :(

    Took about 1 1/2 months to heal.

      If ever possible, look at the L&L Easy Fire "S".  I got mine for back issues, lack of forearm strength, and I am not tall--it has been a huge blessing to be able to reach in & out & lift shelves becasue it is a shorter kiln...and great quality.
