Glaze firing with my dad this weekend. We'll open tomorrow morning since we used his big kiln. First time ever that I've slept the night we were glaze firing, I feel pretty confident.

Aw, that's so nice. I wish my daughter wanted to share in the fun of pottery.

It went really well! Overall success for both of this time, which was awesome! My dad has one glaze that worked incredibly the first time and has crawled horribly ever since. Last kiln load it was really hard, I had mostly good pieces and I think 90% of his had something go wrong, I felt so guilty.
