I'm a sad guinea today...I just found out the founder of The Art Spirit gallery, my favorite place, passed away on Dec. 31st from ALS. Guys, he was so awesome. He really liked my work & encouraged me to submit it... I'm really sad...

Whewie, my paws are SOOORE today. So worth it, though; I made some adorable progress on Cap'n Cavy. His left leg is just about finished! Check out his SWEET lil' boot on my thread! Very proud. ♥

I'm having to work out systems for making pots , ince my back has been complaining is a screaming voice. Scar tissue from previous back surgeries is pressing on a nerve bundle. Every movement is very painful. sigh

I have psoriatic arthritis and a dozen disc herniations in my spine, and well... I parted ways with me wheel. It was really depressing for me, and I grieved terribly. After pouting a bit, I got my tools 'n started handbuilding. It's sooo much kinder to my body, and lotsa fun! ♥

It is glaze firing day...I seem to forget just how hot it can get in the kiln room when the outside/combustion air is coming in at 95F+. The pots are reducing and apparently so am I

I lost a guinea pig to a dpg once...it took me YEARS to trust dogs again. I still refuse to let them near my littles... :'(
