Sounds like your priorities are... all proper.

For me it's my son, but the result is the same: mind in the studio, body elsewhere. The upside is that I've gotten ridiculously good at preserving my stuff in a workable state for weeks if necessary.

I've been unemployed since last May and someone or something is always cutting into my fun too. I hear ya man, but we just got to keep on trucking. you post did give me a laugh and that relieved my stress.
