I agree with Roberta. More specifically, that looks like a blue that relies on reduction, tiny quantities of iron, and the porcelain underneath the glaze for that specific colour. You can mimic the colour at cone six with a good clear base of your choice and mason stain, but the translucency becomes an issue because stains can be somewhat opaque.

@Marcia Selsor posted a lovely oxidation "celadon" a few years back, I seem to remember it used copper carb plus a very tiny amount of black stain to take the edge off the copper, like 0.02%. If you go for a stain only version there is going to be such a small amount used to get the colour that it shouldn't really opacify the glaze much at all. Mason 6376 Robin's egg is pretty close too.
