karenk
I found a very old bottle of sodium silicate behind shelves in my barn. Maybe 30 yrs. old. It has separated with a hard chunk at the bottom and liquid at the top. Can it be safely reworked into a safe solution? I would like to experiment with crackle effects on slightly raised slabs. Mark C.
if it hard from being exposed to air or freeze cycles I doubt it will ever be the same. Mark
karenk
My barn is not heated so it did freeze. I won't waste my time trying to save it. How should I dispose of it? Karen
