ConnyS
Hi, Im looking to start pottery as a hobby and have found a free kiln in my area, just wanting to figure out if its feasible for me to set up, any help would be appreciated. I cant find any kilns that even look the same and I'm assuming its just the age of this kiln. Any tips on what I should check/look out for and any further information I can at least search on line would be great. These are all the images I have at the moment. Thanks. Bill Kielb
Look for a kiln equipment tag that states the kiln manufacture and electrical requirements and post it here. The label you posted is a for a Dawson kiln sitter, a control that was popular to many older kilns. Dawson made controls, kiln companies used them to control their kilns. Depending upon which model sitter it is, here is a resource that caries the old Dawson manuals https://corp.paragonweb.com/support/instruction-manuals/ Hulk
