Carey G
I know it says to put a little water on top before you screw the lid on, then later pour the water off, stir and use it. If it is too late for that, is there any way to reconstitute Amaco Bisque Fix after it has turned to stone in the jar?
Callie Beller Diesel
If it’s bone dry, usually glazes or underglazes will slake down quickly with a bit of hot water. I don’t know what might be in bisque fix that could change that, but it seems like a good place to start.
Min
The Safety Data Sheet for it shows it contains "Ceramic Cement Fiber Mixture" so I reconstituting it might be like trying to reconstitute Sairset kiln mortar, it air sets.
Mark C.
Hot water is the only cure and if its bone dry I doubt it will work-you can beat it with a hammer and hot water blender it as a last resort but it may be toast
