How do I clean wax out of a bottle with a tip, or other applicator? I don't want it to harden & make the applicator useless. And do you have any recommendations for what wax or wax combo to use so that it flows well?

Thanks.

A filament from a wire brush may serve.
The tip can be sharpened/dulled as required (my guess would be dulled, against poking oneself!), the other end attached to a stick or somewhat, for finding...

Is your applicator already blocked?

What kind of wax are you using?

Most applicators come with a very fine wire which is inserted after use.

Not yet. It has a wire in the tip, but I don't see how that will help when the wax hardens? I'm wondering what kind of wax to use...

You haveto insert the wire as soon as you stop using the wax.

If blocked hot soapy water and inserting and turning the wire a number if times would do the trick. A goid quality liquid wax would be the best.

A  hot wax applicator , used for batik art, a tjanting, is ok but need skill, eh !0
