aplace
I have a Pacifica 800 wheel. When rolling the foot pedal all the way back to the stop position the wheel doesn't fully stop. It comes close sometimes but still barely rotates. I adjusted the foot pedal stop screw to allow the pedal to rotate all the way back but the wheel still continues to rotate slightly. I am past my warranty and am wondering if this is a fix that I can do from my shop or if I need to send it off the the company to fix. oldlady
are the belts worn? look underneath and test them by pulling them off just a bit. they are just big rubberbands and eventually wear out. this is only an idea not something i have experienced. neilestrick
There should be an adjustment to the controls in either the pedal or the controller that will stop it, or a mechanical adjustment within the pedal. I'm not familiar with that pedal so I can't give any details, but someone will chime in here that has one.
Bill Kielb
Manual here: https://www.axner.com/pdf/laguna/Pacifica_Manual_2015.pdf Page 6 has pedal adjustments and instructions ought to be on side of pedal. Also quick call to Laguna might be in order if the pedal adjustments turn out to be tension only. I would Definitely check if something is keeping it from returning fully to its minimum position like a bit of dried clay etc….
