What brand of bread maker is best for clay

Recommended Posts

Hi Renee!
If your friend is in the market for a clay mixer (or a "pug mill"*), likely better if she were involved with the choice; it's not a small decision - several grand $$!
There are several threads archived here on mixers and/or pug mills.
You might start by looking at the Peter Pugger, Shimpo, Bluebird, Bailey, Venco...

*In general:
  a clay mixer is for mixing clay - add the ingredients, water, go;
  a pug mill can mix, also remove air bubbles, then extrude a "pug" of clay!
