unurthwonder
Hi All, So we need to fumigate in the studio. I am wondering how much I should move out regarding equipment, molds, clays, etc? I use commercial glazes and prepared clays. My gut says anything porous and probably the clay and glazes. Termite guy says its safe for everything.... me not so sure. Any thoughts on this would be helpful! Thanks so much.
MatthewV
I think I would follow his advice. Fumigating bagged clay will do nothing to it. A plaster mold? Again I cannot see it become damaged or contaminated. You will continue to be happy with the walls, right? It is not going to hurt equipment any more than a household refrigerator. Mark C.
You move your food out the rest stays if I recall right. This holds true of the studio I have a friend who is full time potter like me and he left everything except food in house and studio in so-cal when he had this done
