[Brown copper glaze]

Hi, I am hoping to create an opaque semi matte/ satin  glaze for dark clay body that is a warm rich brown copper  with crystals…would this be RIO over 10% in a semi matte base or rutile and RIO  or RIO and copper?
fire to midrange cone 6 on stoneware oxidization with a slow cool for crystals to form ?

will do testing but need some direction to get started please

Hi, the recipe cone 6 lists light rutile, this is unavailable to me can I calcination rutile to get light rutile if so what temp and how long to hold? 1000F and hold 30 minutes?

dolomite 5.9

zinc oxide 3.9

can I substitute Custer Feld for M200 1:1 or do I need to adjust ?
