Roberta I have two kilns but still have to do the electrical work to run them here. I schlep everything over to my dad's house nearby. He has an enormous old kiln and a Duncan Teacher-Plus. I don't know the relative cubic footage but I do know that the big kiln holds about four times as much as the smaller kiln. My larger kiln is around the same size as his Duncan and then I have a tiny tiny Skutt.

In school you wanted an A. In business you have to get a D. D=discipline. Hardest thing to maintain being self employed.

This is true. I'm a fairly chaotic person anyway, though my making is very focused. So setting my own deadlines is interesting and has mixed success.
