Arch form in the kiln during first rebuild. -

This kiln had been built by the original builder with angle iron supporting the arch, but also sitting on the wall of the kiln. Bad design. I eliminated this design in the second rebuild. -

The kiln collapse; I had moved the location of the base posts to fit a larger platter in that zone. Studio mate didnt notice the new layout when he loaded next, and this happened! -

These few pots kept the rest of the kiln from collapsing. Amazing since the kiln was at about cone 10-12 when the collapse occurred. Some Strong pots! -

A mannequin prototype for H&M Clothing Company. My boss was the sculptor and I made the molds and prototype. This was cast in plastics and resin bonded gypsum reinforced with fiberlgass, and auto body paints. -

One of the busts for the National Road Museum in Illinois. This is a freshly "tumbled" casting, made from Forton; a resin bonded gypsum product. -

About 80% done on the sculpting for the Arnold Schwarzeneger job; the head is just a fill in for the real one which was added later. This was a HUGE mold and SUPER heavy. -
