Mark C.
joseph, just a warning about your intended plan to sell at a "local place". keep track of what happens to your large bowls. i have seen them being used in a gallery to hold smaller items that are for sale. nobody knows that the large bowls are also for sale. i could not believe that would happen in a gallery devoted to handmade goods but there it was, wooden trinkets piled into several bowls. you had to search for the price tag on the bowl. This is a common practice in consignment shops over time-I have had it happen more than once. Your piece cannot sell full of rubber sharks. Joseph Fireborn
Thanks for the tips. I will be aware of this and make sure if it happens I pull my pots and put them online or something. Hopefully this wont be the case. Didn't mean to jack the thread.

GEP
Joseph, you could just ask them if they plan to use your bowls to display other work. If they say "yes," tell them they are welcome to purchase the bowls outright and they can do whatever they want with them. If they say "no" now they know that you expect them not to do that. Better to be proactive, rather than waiting to see what happens and having a dispute with them later.
Joseph Fireborn
Thanks for all the great advice everyone about the signature and the bowls. I think I am going to go ahead and have a stamp made in the near future after I design the logo for my brand.
