Nicky S
Hi …. Wondering who could help. Have to give up my pottery and wheel due to RA ( please look after your bodies ) Haven't used the wheel in about 7 months. And before that really not much usage.I’d unplugged cleaned and in a safe corner . Now having found a buyer . Went to switch on and dead. (no sounds) Can rotate the wheel manually the pedal in right position Any clues or ideas as what could possibly be the problem ? Thank you so much and for the support over the years Nicky
Piedmont Pottery
The first thing to check is to make sure the outlet you are plugging into is live. Plug in a lamp or other device to see if the outlet is live. I've on occasion spent more time than I care to admit trying to troubleshoot equipment when the circuit breaker had tripped. Assuming you have power to the wheel, the next thing I would check is to make sure the cable from the pedal to the control box is plugged in tightly.
