In a 16 cubic ft downdraft kiln, with 9 inch wall thickness of k26 IFB,   what would be the temp of the exterior wall of the kiln at ^6  and at ^10?

That would depend to some degree on the brand/type of brick because their insulating properties will differ somewhat, but a refractory supplier can calculate those numbers. Hot face/cold face calculations are done off a specific temp, not a cone.
