oldlady
where do you buy your supplies? a large firm will have names of repair folks somewhere. if on a bulletin board or something in the store, you might ask someone to look for you WHEN THEY ARE NOT BUSY and let you know who is there. do not expect a recommendation, that is favoritism and hardly ever done. neilestrick
Have you confirmed that power is going into the the switches and coming out of the switches? If you've confirmed that power is coming out of the switches but the elements are not heating, then you probably have a bad element. Duncan elements are usually wired in series, so if one in a set goes out then none of them in that set will heat. Unhook the element connections and check each element for continuity.
