AndreaB
Hi, Hope someone can give me a recipe for cookies. I'm going to be firing test tiles with amaco glazes and I don't know how much they will run, and of course I don't want to ruin a shelf . I have used kiln wash on the shelves already. Thanks everyone
Arnold Howard
Chocolate chip or peanut butter? When Mel Jacobson taught high school ceramics, his students made ceramic "cookies" that looked like real peanut butter cookies, complete with fork impressions. The faculty learned not to take cookies from the clay room. The cookies weren't fired, of course. Arnold Howard
Fred Sweet
Andrea- Just roll out some 1/4” slabs of your normal clay body and cut to appropriate size(s). When dry bisque if you want to and coat with kiln wash on one side. Done. Regards
