karend5
I read in one of the ceramic magazines that to keep clay from sticking to objects being used for forms use cornstarch. I tried it but it didn't work. How much do I need to put on the form? Is there something else I can use to separate them?
Clay Tile Mom
just a dusting should be fine. how wet is your clay? if it is so wet that the cornstarch is absorbing, you may need to let your slabs dry between plaster boards for about an hour. Min
What is your hump mold made from? If it's not porous then a light coat of vegetable oil spray or wd40 should do the trick.
