Still feeling pain from the cortisone shot my doctor gave me. I can't even make a fist. I hope it ends soon. I miss being in the studio.

I threw some pots today, but I didn't push it. I had soreness, and now it's throbbing. I wanted to catch up here so I'll just ice it in a little bit. Thanks all. Never been to a raku in the tropics, but wouldn't it be lovely?

Thank you Evelyne, today I am feeling much better. And I will think health and healing thoughts for you in my meditation. I know you will do well and you will be making many more wonderful artworks. I know it will be difficult, but you are a strong person and recovery will be easy for you. Just take it easy on yourself. Marko
