Yes, but it is easy for it to go shiny if a little hotter.

i used this base recipe and added a tiny amount of cobalt carb.  got a beautiful, shiny pale blue glaze on frost.  thank you marcia.

I like this glaze. I worked on it to match the ^10 celadon reduction fired that I made in Hawaii. See next image.
