Deleted user Posted October 7, 2018 Report Share Posted October 7, 2018 We purchased a Reed 2020 good to 3300F, does graphs and logs - etc. Amazing tool. Came with a Type K thermocouple. We've used it on 10 firings to cone 6 so far.https://www.reed-direct.com/product/reed_instruments_r2020_video_infrared_thermometer But our kiln blew up on our last firing (The rings actually broke and opened up!) so a new Skutt 1027 is on the way with their new wifi controller system.
