MatthewV
A quick search gives: http://www.scandiaovnen.dk/Pdf-DK/TC-901-12.pdf It has an example in both Danish and English :-)
legordan
Thank you, Alaskan. I even found a manual in swedish http://www.cebex.se/files/Manuals/Automatiker/TC901_SE.pdf But it does not make life easier. Do you know where to find step-by-step tutorial about how to program and start the kiln?
MatthewV
Nope, and I have never seen one like it. Looks like you will have to press buttons to control the next temperature and how long it takes to get there. All I can recommend is assuming the kiln will ramp at 150°C/hr or less. High Bridge Pottery
Do you know where to find step-by-step tutorial about how to program and start the kiln? Had a quick look at the manual, here are the steps I think will happen. Press Program then press up or down to select between the 4 programs available. Press step to go to segment 0, this should light one of the indicator lights (hopefully time as you are setting the delay time for 0) Press up and down to set delay time Press step to go to next segment I am not 100% sure if you use the step button to go between setting time and temperature for the each segment but I will assume so. Keep setting temperature and time values using step to confirm entry and up and down to choose the value. The small display will show which segment you are on with the red lights at the top showing if you are setting temp or time. I think to END the program you will select the 'end' temperature probably at the bottom of the scale and then press stop/start. This may start the program but I think it will first save the program then you press stop/start again to run it. If you want a simple 5 hours to 750c, set no delay in segment 0, set 750 for the temperature on segment one then 5:00 hours for the time. Step to segment two and set the temperature for END then press stop/start to save/run. As well as the end temperature value there also seems to be a JUMP value at the top of temperature scale to go as fast as you can time wise. Next time you want to run your saved program I think you will press program, up or down to the number you want then press stop/start. No need to set it again if you want the same firing. Hope this works.
