pattial
I recently moved to Barrie, Ont. Canada,,,,,I came from out west where I belonged to an amazing guild. I'm looking for a place to keep potting. I'm renting so I can't have my own kiln or wheel. Does anyone know of a anyone that could help me out? I've tried googling but no luck... PSC
I found this link if they don't have something they might know who would. http://maclarenart.com
Tyler Miller
Check out Woodside pottery, Dotti's pots--both are artists in the area. They'll know of kilns you can use, if they can't help you themselves. Lindgren pottery is in the Huntsville area--I think maybe exit 219 or 221 off of hwy 11, only like 100-120 km from the Barrie area. Tucker's pottery supply is on your side of Toronto, too, only about 90 km away. There are also "Creative Cafe's" in Barrie and Orillia that do "paint your own." That should get you "plugged in" to the Barrie scene.
