DMCosta
Hi Everyone, You're always so helpful so I had a question. I need a go to high gloss clear dipping glaze cone 5/6. Ideally something sold as a dry glaze that I can purchase by the lb and mix up myself. I see a lot out there but I figured I'd ask what people are using first. I started teaching workshops and I clear glaze the pieces after bisque firing for the students (as it's a one time session) and I love the shine of Amaco LG-10 clear gloss but it's just becoming too cumbersome to brush these pieces with clear all the time. Thanks in advance!
Kelly in AK
I’ve used PZN clear from Clay Art Center in Tacoma with my students for years, no problems. It’s a cone 4-6 zinc free clear, premixed, dry.
