flowstudio
Hi everyone, I am occasionally getting black/dark brown burn marks on some of my pieces when they are bisqued . I’m aware it’s likely due to them being too close to the elements when firing, but is there any way to get rid of them before I glaze? I thought they would disappear after they were fired (C6) again but using a white glaze the black is still very visible. Any help would be appreciated
Min
Hi and welcome to the forum Could you post a few pictures of the black specks?
Callie Beller Diesel
The supplier’s description or the brand so we can look it up would also be helpful, if you could. Is your bisque a very dense stack, and how fast did you fire it?
