(unfortunately this isn't something mods can fix) Just double checking that you know your login for ICAN CLAYfliks etc is a different login from this forum? You will see a heading that says "Watch Full Video" followed by an accordion menu that says "play full video..." Click the arrow next to "play full video..." and the video screen will appear. See screen shots attached. There is a video tutorial towards the bottom of the FAQ page that will walk you through it. Hope that helps!
