Unfortunately I am no longer working out of a facility where I can mix this clay myself. Is there a company that exists where you can send in a clay body recipe and have it made for you? liambesaw Posted September 13, 2019 Report Share Posted September 13, 2019 Yeah. Any clay company should be able to do this for you. My supplier does custom mixes, but there are minimums. Also prepare for sticker shock, you'll probably pay their wet pugged ton rate, not the rate of buying the raw materials. You can maybe ask around at your local suppliers to see if you can work out a deal, maybe rent a mixer and pugmill and do the work yourself. You never know until you ask! You'll generally have to pay for a full batch (probably a ton) including the waste needed to clean the pugger. You may also have to wait a while until they can get it into their schedule.
