leslieperletz
I have a Skutt LT-3K Model 1027-240 (about 20 some years old but in excellent condition) and would appreciate some suggestions on how to price it and the kiln furniture. oldlady
look at the side of the metal box on your kiln for all the information printed. LT-3K is the number of the kiln sitter, a shut-off device, nothing to do with the kind of kiln.
leslieperletz
is 1027-240 the correct model number?

Excellent condition and the elements are still good- $500. But that means only small chips in a few bricks, the lid and floor don't have any major cracks, the outer jacket isn't corroded, and the bricks aren't yellowing.
