    Hi. I am reading your post here and have the same situation. I just acquired a Cress B23H with no instruction manual. I see on the Cress website they have 2 similar models’ manuals (B23HT240 and B23HT 208) but they are not the same as the B23H which has  upper and lower knobs.  I wondered if you ever figured out how to run yours?

      Hi CeeJay, the person you are asking about the Cress kiln hasn't been on the forum since 2012. I'ld suggest posting your question in the Equipment Use and Repair section. Link to it here, just hit the orange box "Start New Topic" and follow the prompts.

    When I called them they said they no longer support that model. So far I have not found a manual for it anywhere. I’m still searching for directions. It has the dial on the bottom and a dial on the top, I don’t know when to turn these dials.

    What model is it? I am trying to find operating instructions for a,Cress B23H I just acquired. When I called Cress they said they “no longer support “ this model. I’m hoping someone can help me figure out how to work it.

    I just acquired a Cress B23H kiln and don’t have a manual for it. And am not finding any online either. Do you have any suggestions on how I can find info like that?
