PotsbyChar 0
Is there a way that a studio potter can glaze the entire piece at cone 10? Any stilts out there that will withstand those high temps? I see commercial wares that are glazed all over. So I am just wondering if that option is available to studio potters. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Charlotte
Marcia Selsor 1,905
what you need to do is have stilts that shrinks with your piece OR bisque at the same temperature as your glaze. Some manufacturers do this. Marcia
