Usually the 13 Amp kilns don't go above 46 l for the full 1300°C/ cone 10, but the kilncare ikon 61 GXR claims to have managed that with some isolation tweaks. Looks like they're using several types, including the micropore stuff, which can be placed between the bricks and the metal, preventing the metal from working like a heat sink.
