ingrid houchin Posted December 7, 2021 Report Share Posted December 7, 2021 Hello, I have had two attempts to sculpt animals on a larger scale, both unsucessful as the support did not hold up. I'd like to sculpt a 1.5mx1.7m horse. What materials can I use to hold it up- i've tried to stuff it with cardboard & paper and built it on polysterne blocks which I covered with plastic sheeting. The next morning, gutted- i found it on the floor. Yesterday I bought some long foam columns which unfortunately do not hold their shape as the clay is too heavy. Thank you for your advice.
