Cori Charters
Hello, I'm setting up a home studio. I'm looking for a dipping container (with a lid) thats wide enough to dip platters. Perferable a 5 gallon size. Has anyone got any suggestions where to find? Thanks! Cori
liambesaw
Buy a kimchi mixing bowl and pour glaze from a bucket into it and just pour the glaze back into the bucket after. Works good, but will take a heck of a lot of glaze to dip. What I do instead is put a banding wheel in that same kimchi bowl and pour glaze over the platter while spinning it slowly. The bowl catches the glaze and I can easily dump it back into the bucket. Something like This, however if you have an Asian supermarket around you, they usually carry cheaper plastic ones.
